About Oilserve

At Oilserv, we don’t just hire graduates, we build future leaders. Our two-year Ingenious Graduate Trainee Program is a journey of transformation, designed to turn bright minds into industry-ready professionals.

In the first six months, trainees participate in rotational assignments across all subsidiaries to gain comprehensive business exposure. This is followed by an 18-month specialised development track in their chosen field or career. 

The program includes support for professional certification, skills development, project involvement, and mentorship. This opportunity provides hands-on industry experience, promotes career growth, and paves the way for becoming a high-performing professional in the oil and gas sector.

Location: Various Oilserv Group locations across Nigeria (with possible project site postings)

Department: Multiple (rotations across all subsidiaries)

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports To: Assigned Line Manager / Human Resources Business Partner

Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel and work in different locations as required

Qualification Requirements for Oilserve Ingenious Graduate Trainee Programme

• Must have completed NYSC
• 0-2years work experience 
• Not older than 28 years
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2.1 in Engineering, Law, Information Management, Accounting, ESG and Social sciences
• ESG knowledge is an additional advantage.
