Objectives of the NAPTIN PMI Programme
Job Creation: To provide immediate employment pathways for 5,000+ youths. Revenue Protection: To reduce Aggregate Technical, Commercial, and Collection (ATC&C) losses from 40% to 20%. Consumer Protection: To end the era of estimated billing by accelerating smart meter deployment. Skills Acquisition: To equip Nigerians with high-value technical skills recognized across the energy industry.
Eligibility Criteria for NAPTIN PMI 2026
Nationality: Must be a Nigerian citizen. Age: Must be between 18 and 35 years old. Education: Minimum of SSCE (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) with a science background. Note: NYSC members and students of Technical/Vocational institutions are highly encouraged to apply.
Identification: Must have a valid and correct National Identification Number (NIN). Fitness: Must be physically and mentally fit for field-based technical tasks. Experience: No prior experience is required; full training will be provided.

Submit: Review your information and click the submit button. Confirmation: Wait for a selection confirmation email and your training schedule.
