About the CGC Nigeria Limited Engineering Graduate Trainee Programme

This Graduate Trainee Program is structured to identify, train, and retain high-potential engineering talents who will form part of CGC Nigeria Limited’s future workforce.

• Trainees will undergo direct, structured training under designated training units.
• Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will be assigned new positions within the organization.
• The program runs for one (1) year.
• At the end of the training period, engagement may be renewed or terminated based on the trainee’s overall performance during the program.

Eligible Disciplines

• Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree (B.Eng / B.Sc / equivalent) in any of the following:

► Civil Engineering

► Structural Engineering

► Water Resources Engineering

► Environmental Engineering

► Road and Bridge Engineering

► Geology Engineering

► Survey & Mapping Engineering

► Mechanical Engineering

► Electrical Engineering

Eligibility Criteria to Join CGC Nigeria Limited Engineering Graduate Trainee Programme

• Not more than 30 years of age
• Must have completed NYSC (discharge or exemption certificate required)
• Strong academic background and interest in the construction industry
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
