Resilience Technologies is an innovation-driven cybersecurity company. They are passionate about protecting at-risk communities (such as journalists, civil society, religious groups, etc) who are exposed and vulnerable to state and non-state attacks.
Resilience Technologies work across various cybersecurity domains (Vulnerability Assessment, Threat Management, Malware Analysis, etc), keeping innovation at the heart of it all to ensure these marginalised communities are both safe and resilient to threats and targeted harms.
In three years, and across several projects, they have supported and strengthened the resilience of over 90 organisations in Nigeria, Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, Kenya, Zambia, and more.

About the Resilience Technologies Graduate Trainee Programme
The RT Graduate Program is a three-month learning and development program aimed at finding and building the next generation of young, vibrant leaders to scale and multiply the impact of the work we do at Resilience Technologies.
We are looking for young professionals in Nigeria who are in the first 18 months of their career and are interested in doing impactful, rewarding work that scales across Africa and beyond. This program is open to Nigerian applicants only.

Specific Requirements
1. Tech & Security
The Tech & Security track prepares you for a career in technical cybersecurity. After successfully completing the program, you should be ready to begin a career as a junior security analyst.
Requirements
- Have a background in cyber security (academic, professional, or self-taught)
- Be a fast learner
2. Programs & Operations
The Programs & Operations track prepares trainees for career roles in project coordination and operations support. By the end of the program, trainees should be confident working across multiple projects, supporting cross-functional teams, and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations at Resilience Technologies.
Requirements
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
3. Communications & Marketing
The Communications & Marketing track prepares trainees for an associate communications role, focused on clear, structured, and brand-aligned storytelling. Trainees will support professional written and visual communications across internal and external channels. By the end of the programme, trainees should be confident producing communications that support Resilience Technologies’ priorities and engagement.
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly structure and communicate ideas.
- Solid design skills (Canva or similar tools); video or motion graphics skills are a plus.
- Ability to tell creative and purposeful stories
Qualification Requirements for Resilience Technologies Graduate Trainee Programme
Eligible candidates must be:
- Graduates of recognized institutions with a minimum of 2:2 qualification
- Done with the National Youth Service Corps program (NYSC)
- Not older than 27 years

FAQs
Where will the program take place?
Resilience Technologies is a fully remote company. The program will be entirely online.
Will my location affect my application acceptance?
They are looking for the best candidates across Nigeria, but will give slight preference to those living in Abuja or Lagos.
Will there be a stipend for the three months of training?
Yes. Each trainee will be paid a stipend of NGN150,000.00 at the end of each month.
I already have a full or part-time job. Can I combine that with this graduate program?
No, you cannot. The program is intensive, and they need candidates who can commit full time to the schedule.
What happens after I successfully complete the program?
Successful graduates will be given full-time employment contracts as Junior Associates in Resilience Technologies.
