Job Summary for ANRML Electrical Graduate Engineer Trainee
The Electrical Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) will undergo structured training and practical exposure in electrical engineering operations, maintenance, and project support within an industrial/mining environment. The role is designed to develop technical competence in electrical systems, safety compliance, and plant reliability.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the operation, inspection, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Support troubleshooting of electrical faults in motors, switchgear, control panels, and power distribution systems.
- Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure plant uptime.
- Work with senior engineers on installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, lock-out/tag-out procedures, and company policies.
- Support documentation of maintenance records, reports, and technical drawings.
- Assist in monitoring energy consumption and recommending efficiency improvements.
- Attend training programs to build competency in industrial electrical engineering practices.
Qualifications & Requirements for ANRML Electrical Graduate Engineer Trainee
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Recent graduate or 0–3 years of experience.
- Preferably a First Class Graduate.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and industrial controls.
- Familiarity with motors, transformers, PLC basics, and switchgear is an advantage.
- Strong willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
