The company is currently seeking a high-energy and exceptionally organized fresh graduate to join its Lagos team in the role of Service Coordinator. This entry-level position functions as the central coordination hub ("nerve center") for the company's technical operations, serving as the key link between customer requirements and the on-site delivery performed by field engineers.
In this capacity, the Service Coordinator will manage the daily scheduling and deployment of service engineers, monitor critical installation projects, and ensure prompt and accurate resolution of all customer complaints. Roles and Responsibilities
1. Field Force Orchestration & Scheduling
Resource Allocation: Strategically assign and schedule service engineers for installations and Service Level Agreement (SLA) maintenance.
Timeline Stewardship: Proactively follow up with engineers to ensure tasks are completed on time and within the defined scope.
Logistics Management: Coordinate the prompt dispatch and retrieval of critical hardware, including spare parts and batteries, to minimize site downtime.
2. Customer Advocacy & Issue Resolution
Direct Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and ensuring professional resolution of all technical issues.
Escalation Governance: Identify and escalate service-related bottlenecks or complex engineering issues to senior management to prevent project delays.
Incident Tracking: Monitor various client sites remotely to identify potential issues before they escalate into major service failures.
3. Data Integrity & Financial Oversight
Software Synchronization: Ensure all installations and service updates are logged accurately into the company’s service management software.
Documentation Architecture: Collect and verify all Job Completion Reports (JCR) and ensure information on job tickets is current and accurate.
Expense Governance: Monitor and log service engineer expenses to ensure operational costs remain within budget.
