Eligibility Criteria for SIAT Group Graduate Trainee Program

To apply for the program candidates must have:

• A minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) Bachelor’s degree (BSc, BEng, BTech Nigeria Limited or equivalent) in any of the following disciplines:
• • Agriculture, Agronomy or Agricultural Engineering
• • Engineering (all relevant fields)
• • Environmental or Social Sciences
• • Sales and Marketing
• • Finance or Accounting
• • Supply Chain, Inventory or Logistics
• • Business Administration, HR, IT, or Data Analytics
• National service completed with discharge certificate
• Candidates must be computer literate, in good physical health and willing to work and live in remote rural areas
• Graduates aged 26 years or younger
