Frutta Juice is seeking disciplined, high-integrity engineering graduates to join our 2026 "Future Leaders" program. 

This role is designed for individuals with zero professional experience who are eager to learn the technical complexities of a modern juice production line.

Key Responsibilities (During & After Training)

Machine Operation: Learn to operate, monitor, and maintain high-speed production machinery.

Quality Control: Ensure all products meet Frutta Juice’s safety and quality standards.

Maintenance: Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance under the guidance of senior engineers.

Reporting: Maintain accurate daily production logs and report any deviations immediately.

Safety & Hygiene: Adhere strictly to HSE (health, safety, and environment) and food safety protocols.

Eligibility Requirements for Frutta Juice Graduate Trainee Program 

Education: B.Sc./HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Chemical Engineering (Graduated within the last 2 years).

Experience: Strictly Zero (0) years of professional experience. We want fresh minds ready to learn our specific culture.

Attributes: High level of integrity, strong analytical skills, and a "can-do" attitude.

Commitment: Must be available for a full-time, 8-week intensive training program.
