About Opay's Graduate Trainee Roles 

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Business Developer to join our organization. As a Key Account Business Developer, you will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new merchants, promoting OPay's digital products and solutions, and building strong relationships with key merchants.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Industry: Fintech, Digital Payments

Reports to: Key Account Manager/Team Lead

Location of the Role

Ikeja - Alausa, Lagos (Hybrid)

Available Roles and Key Responsibilities of Opay's Graduate Trainees

1. Merchant Acquisition:

Identify and onboard new merchants, focusing on the Key accounts.

Conduct market research to identify potential merchants and develop strategies to onboard them.

2. Digital Product Promotion:

Promote and drive usage of OPay's digital products and solutions among merchants.

Develop and implement strategies to increase adoption and usage of OPay's products.

3. Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchants.

Attending to customers' requests and delivering topmost customer-centric service at all times.

4. Market Feedback and Growth:

Identify opportunities for growth and provide market feedback to the team.

Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and collection growth.
