Candidate Requirements / Eligibility CriteriaTo qualify for the ND Western Graduate Trainee Programme 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a Nigerian.
• Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) degree with five (5) O’Level credits (including relevant subjects) obtained in one sitting.
• Must possess a degree in Engineering, Geology, or Geophysics.
• Should not have more than three (3) years post-graduation experience (including NYSC).
• Must be below 26 years old.
• If the candidate has a Master’s degree, it must have been completed by 2025.
• Must be self-motivated, energetic, and possess strong leadership, teamwork, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
