Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the 2025 technical skills aquisition of the Nigerian Breweries PLC in collaboration with the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) and Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA).

PREAMBLE
The Industrial Training Fund (ITF) and Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA), in collaboration with Nigerian Breweries Plc, invite application from qualified young Nigerians of sound character and learning potential to undertake an intensive 9-month training programme on Technical Skills Development in the fields of Mechanical/Automation Maintenance & Engineering, Quality Assurance and Logistics & Distribution.

KEY HIGHLIGHTS OF THE PROGRAMME
Successful candidates will enjoy free tuition and lunch. The programme is non-residential, with training at the Supply Chain Academy of Nigerian Breweries Plc located in Ibadan and attachment in any of our Brewery Locations in Lagos, Aba, Ibadan, Enugu, Ota, Ijebu Ode and Kaduna. Trainees will not be entitled to a salary during the period of training. They will only be entitled to a monthly stipend.
This programme does not confer Nigerian Breweries employee status on the trainees.
