About the Olam Agri Africa Finance Program

Olam Agri is a global leader in agribusiness operating in over 30 countries with a strong footprint across Africa. The Africa Finance Program is a 12-month fast-track development initiative created to develop a strong finance talent pipeline. Participants will go through:
  • Cohort onboarding
  • Structured rotations
  • In-depth finance exposure (reporting, treasury, compliance, risk management, FP&A, and commercial finance)
  • A final job stint with real business impact
  • Project presentation and graduation

Who Can Apply? Eligibility Criteria for Olam Agri Africa Finance Program 2026

To qualify, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
  • Education: Master’s degree in Finance (or equivalent)
  • Professional Certifications: ACCA, FMVA, CFA, DFCE, ICAN, or any equivalent (in progress is acceptable if you provide proof of enrollment and complete it during verification)
  • Work Experience: 3–5 years in a finance-related role (candidates with more than 5 years will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis)
  • Language: Fluency in English is mandatory; additional local languages (French, Portuguese, etc.) are a plus depending on the country of placement
  • Mobility: Willingness to work across Africa, including remote locations (you must declare any restrictions during application)
