Eligibility Requirements for Shell Graduate Programme 

For 2026, Shell is seeking for post-NYSC graduates for the following areas:

• Engineering (Chemical, Petrochemical, Mechanical, Civil, Production) 
• Geoscience
• Commercial 

Candidates must have graduated (Bachelor’s or Master’s) before your start date

Candidates must have less than three years of work experience.

Candidates must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme

Candidates must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
