• Minimum of First Class or Second Class Upper (2:1) 
• Minimum CGPA of 4.0 on a 5.0 scale 
• 0–2 years of corporate experience 
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills 
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a passion for excellence
