The Ekiti State Scholarship Board has announced the advertisement for the scholarship and bursary awards for the 2023/2024 academic session.

How to Apply for Ekiti State Scholarship / Bursary Application for Indigenes:

Free application forms for undergradutes, HND Master's Degrere, Ph.D and Physically Challenged are now available to Prospective applicants at Ekiti State Scholarship Board, New Secretariat, Ado-Ekiti.

All applicants should apply On-line via https://scholarship.ekitistate.gov.ng/

Application Duration:

1st May - 15th June, 2023

Eligibility:

A. Scholarship Award:

• Applicants must be in 2nd year and above in their courses of study to be qualified for undergraduate Scholarship Awards. And must possess WASSCE/NECO, with a minimum of five Credits, including English Languages and Mathematics at a sitting, and minimum CGPA of 4.0 for University or equivalent of a Second Class (Upper Division), 3.50 for Polytechnics adn 3.50 for NCE in their curent institutions of study.
• Applicants for Master's Degree and Ph.D Scholarship Award must possess a minimum of 2nd Class (Upper Division) at Undergraduate level. A grade of distinction in Mater's Degrere is an additional perequisite for Ph.D Scholarship Award.
• For Ph.D Scholarship, any candidate with a first degree certificate lesser than second class (Upper Division) and a grade of distinction in master's degree is not eligible. A letter of recommendation from the H.O.D. is required.
• Physicallly Chalenged Students in Tertiary Institutions (NCE, ND, College of Health Tech, School of Nursing/Midwifery, HND, and Post Graduates) are qualified for the Handicapped Scholarship Award. 
• Students on Part-Time and Sandwich Courses are NOT qualified for the Scholarship Awards. 

B. Bursary Award

All Undergraduates, Polytechnic, NCE, School of Nursing/Midwifery, Colleges of Health Technology Students are eligible.

Date of Submission: 

All prospective applicants are to submit their hard copy applications form(s) on or before Friday 16th - Friday 15th June, 2023.

Late Application Form(s) will not be accepted by the board.
