The Finance Trainee Programme (FTP) is a structured talent development strategy designed to build a sustainable pipeline of finance professionals by providing young chartered talents with deep, practical exposure to the business and the finance function.
The programme is intentionally designed to give trainees a rich and robust view of the business, combining cross-functional rotation with hands-on learning to develop highly qualified, motivated talent for future finance leadership roles, while ingraining the “TGI Distri Finance DNA” from entry.

Eligibility Requirements for TGI Finance Trainee Programme 2026
Eligible candidates must possess the following criteria:
- B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- ICAN (Chartered) is mandatory
- Max 1 year post-ICAN experience
- Not more than 27 years by Dec. 31st 2026
- Must have completed NYSC LOCATION: LAGOS
