1. Technical Trainee

Requirements

Candidates must:

• Possess an HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Have completed NYSC between 2023 and the present year

Mechanical Fitter

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot faulty machinery
• Repair faults and carry out routine maintenance
• Conduct scheduled servicing and emergency repairs with proper safety procedures
• Maintain 5S standards within the department
• Prepare lists of required spare parts
• Demonstrate responsibility, honesty, and good communication skills

Operator – Power Plant

• Monitor and manage operational activities
• Maintain gas gensets
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance
• Operate and monitor SCADA systems (preferred)
• Independently manage 12.5MW gas generators
• Maintain Watsila gas engines
• Handle hands-on maintenance operations
• Maintain daily operational records including:
• Logbook
• Power readings
• Fuel readings

Engineering Role

Responsibilities

• Independently handle machine breakdowns
• Carry out preventive maintenance
• Conduct root cause (“why-why”) analysis
• Attend to and plan shutdown activities
• Manage inventory and spare parts planning

AM – Electronics & Instrumentation

• Knowledge of Siemens PLC and drives
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Documentation and reporting
• Daily maintenance planning and execution
• Team management
• Maintenance of AC/DC motors, cranes, SEMO systems, and forklifts
• Troubleshooting industrial equipment such as:
• PLC systems
• Drives
• Temperature sensors
• Pressure sensors
• Heaters
• Motors
• Encoders
• Hydraulic and pneumatic system
