Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training programs across different business units.
• Support daily operations under the supervision of experienced managers.
• Contribute to projects, research, and process improvement initiatives.
• Gain practical knowledge of company policies, procedures, and industry standards
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet team objectives and deliver results.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in any field (candidates from Social Sciences, Arts, or IT are particularly encouraged to apply)
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Must be 26 years or younger.
• Must reside in Ikeja or its environs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
