The Schneider Graduate Program (SGP) is designed to help successful candidates grow faster at the Early Career stage. During the 24 months, candidates may go through a Structured Rotational track or Specialized track, under different functions. It will allow them to learn different businesses or functions within Schneider Electric, through a series of accelerated induction and programs. Candidates should be ready to handle important projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and work with stakeholders globally.

Qualifications Requirements

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, and Robotics Engineering .
    • Must be a recent graduate 2025 academic year or graduating within the next 6 months.
    • Available and committed to working onsite, with a strong interest in hands-on, field-based technical work.
