A member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) working as an INEC ad-hoc staff has apologized after she was caught at Abakpa, Enugu State allegedly transferring votes belonging to Labour party to NNPP.

In the video shared online, the Youth corps member admitted to the act and said she was ready to accept any punishment meted out to her for the crime.
