Roles of Graduate Trainee at FrontHills Controls

The roles of graduate trainee at FrontHills Controls include:

• Assist in the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and computer-based systems, equipment and infrastructure.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and documentation.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshooting of technical systems.
• Prepare technical reports, system documentation, and performance analyses.
• Support automation, control systems, and IT-related tasks (for Computer Engineering).
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Perform other engineering-related duties as assigned.

Eligibility Requirements for FrontHills Controls Graduate Trainee Role

An ideal candidate must possess the following requirements:

• B.Eng / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related Technology discipline.
• Minimum of 1-year hands-on practice.
• You must be a currently serving Corps Member
• Familiarity with engineering tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, PLCs, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
