What You Need to Qualify for Wema Bank Tech Bankers-in-Training Programme

• A minimum of Second Class Upper in STEM disciplines (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields).
• At least 5 credits in WAEC, NECO, or equivalent—including Mathematics and English.
• Be no older than 26 years at the time of applying.
• Completion of NYSC with a valid discharge or exemption certificate.
• A strong passion for innovation, tech, and the future of digital banking.
