NPC Training Manual for Adhoc Staff (Enumerators, Supervisors, Field Coordinators, Others) for 2023 Census | Download PDF

This is to inform all shortlisted adhoc staff and functionaries for the 2023 Census that, the National Population Commission (NPC) has released the training manual for all personnel to be used during the 2023 Housing and Population Census in Nigeria.

The training manual contains all the duties of the Enumerators, Supervisors, Field Coordinators, Facilitators, Data Quality Assistant, Data Quality Manager, Specialized Workforce and every other functionaries to be use pre, post and during the 2023 census exercise.

Also contained in the manual are the rules of the commission all adhoc staff must abide by, and all the legal framework backing the census exercise.

This training manual will prepare and give an edge to all interested adhoc personnel before the training commences.

  1. Please I edited my profile last month. I changed my previous state of residence to where I'm now and I also changed from Enumerator to Supervisor. My status has been approved but I have not gotten any message from NPC concerning my training center and date. I don't know if those changes I made, affected me. Thanks

    1. Hi, a lot of candidates are yet to receive messages about the screening yet, so you're not alone, but changing from Enumerator to supervisor was not a smart move if you ask me, except you add the result to back it up. Remember, supervisor is for ND holders.

  2. Please am in bayelsa have they postponed the training that is supposed to be held on the 13th of this month, and I have not received any message from the npc
