FUBK Registration Procedures for Newly Admitted Students, 2023/2024 Session

The Federal University, Birnin Kebbi (FUBK) registration procedures for newly admitted students have been announced for the 2023/2024 academic session. Details are as follows;

This is to inform all admitted students of Federal University Birnin Kebbi (FUBK) that the registration exercise for 2023/2024 Academic Session begins on Wednesday 24th January, 2024. Candidates are hereby advised to visit the University's registration portal at www.portal.fubk.edu.ng to register. Candidates are to make payment for Acceptance Fees via Remita and take the evidence of payment of Acceptance Fees to the University for Screening.

NOTE:

  • Only candidates who accept their admission on JAMB CAPS portal can print Admission Letter and proceed with registration
  • The Procedure for Registration Exercise is detailed in the subsequent page of this Bulletin
  • Candidates are to note that the Registration Centre (Student Centre) is located at the University Main Campus

FUBK REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

1. Print JAMB Provisional Admission Letter from CAPS Portal

2. Visit the Registration portal at www.portal.fubk.edu.ng to generate remita Invoice for Acceptance Fees

3. Payment of Acceptance Fees at any Commercial Bank or Online

4. Confirmation of Payment from the Bursary Officials at the Registration Centre (Student Centre)

5. Screening of Credentials at the Student Centre

6. E-confirmation and Bio-data at the Student Centre

7. Collection of Remita Invoice for Registration Fees at the Student Centre

8. Payment of Registration Fees at any Commercial Bank or Online

9. Confirmation of Payment by the Bursary Officials at the Student Centre

10. Collection of Admission Letter (Confirmation of Admission) from ICT staff at the Student Centre

11. Signing of Admission Letter by the Admissions Officer

12. Collection of Files (4 nos) at the Student Centre

13. Collection of Course Registration Form at the Department

14. E-course Registration at the Student Centre

15. Making Photocopies of Credentials and Forms provided in the File

16. Submission of 1 File Containing 1 Original Admission Letter, Photocopies of Form 02 and Credentials to the Academic Office

17. Submission of the remaining 3 Files Containing photocopies of Credentials, Admission Letter, Form 02, E-course Registration Form to the Department, Faculty and Student Affairs Office
