The Heirs Holdings Graduate Trainee Programme is a six-month talent development programme designed to equip young professionals with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience needed to build successful careers in Africa’s private sector.Driven by Heirs Academy (the Corporate University of Heirs Holdings), the programme combines:

• A four-week Group Foundation Bootcamp
• A five-month in-company deployment

Trainees gain a strong foundation in business fundamentals plus hands-on experience across the Group’s portfolio companies. High-performing trainees who successfully complete the programme are placed within the Heirs Holdings Group, offering a clear pathway to start impactful careers.

Eligibility Criteria / Requirements 

Applicants must meet the following: 

• Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with a Second Class Lower (2:2) from an accredited Nigerian or international university
• Have completed the NYSC programme
• Have no more than two years of post-NYSC professional experience
• Be 27 years old or younger at the time of application
