Established by the African Development Bank and UNDP, the African Management Services Company (AMSCO) has empowered thousands of businesses and professionals throughout Africa.
AMSCO placements enable participants to contribute to projects that bolster SMEs and mission-driven organizations, providing hands-on insight into Africa's real-world business landscapes and building skills that enhance employability and entrepreneurial capabilities.
Via its internship program, participants gain structured training, practical on-the-job experience, and mentorship in key areas including business development, project management, finance, HR, and impact operations

Summary of AMSCO Internship
- Six (6) to twelve (12) months internship experience
- Full-time work schedule

Requirements
To be eligible for the AMSCO Internship Program, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
- Be a Young African graduate
- Have completed tertiary education (Bachelor’s degree or higher)
- Show passion for enterprise development, impact work, consulting, finance, HR, or related fields
- Be willing to commit full-time to the internship programme
- Demonstrate readiness to work in a hybrid or on-site capacity based on the host organisation’s location.
